宫颈功能不全是一种妊娠并发症,其主要特征是宫颈过早松弛或缺乏足够的支撑力,导致宫颈缩短、宫口扩张,最终引起流产、早产。该文概述了宫颈功能不全的背景和流行病学特征,强调其对母婴健康的影响,介绍了常用的宫颈长度测量在宫颈功能不全诊断方面的研究进展,手术治疗与非手术治疗方法。对于手术路径,分析了经腹与经阴道手术,针对拆线时机建议,探讨了存在的差异和挑战,如拆线时机的标准化和个体化等问题。
Cervical insufficiency is a pregnancy complication characterized by premature cervix relaxation or lack of adequate support,leading to cervix shortening,uterine orifice dilatation,and finally causing abortion and premature delivery.This article summarized the background and epidemiological characteristics of cervical insufficiency,emphasized its impact on maternal and infant health,and introduced the research progress of commonly used cervical length measurement in the diagnosis of cervical insufficiency,surgical and non-surgical treatment.The differences and challenges,such as the standardization and individuation of suture removal timing,were discussed in terms of the laparotomy and transvaginal surgery.
