摘要
目的:探讨细节护理在血站采血护理中的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月于佛山市中心血站三水血站献血者52名作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各26名。对照组予以常规护理,试验组予以细节护理。比较两组缓解心理情绪效果,护理质量评分,护理差错率、采血质量达标率和护理满意度,不良反应发生率。结果:护理后,试验组敏感、恐惧、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与献血者沟通能力、主动服务意识、解决问题能力、工作责任心、与医生配合度评分及护理质量总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组护理差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:血站采血护理中应用细节护理,能够缓解献血者紧张心理,提升护理质量,降低护理差错率,提升献血者的护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of detail nursing in blood collection nursing at blood station.Methods:A total of 52 blood donors were selected as the study objects in Foshan Central Blood Station Sanshui Blood Station from June 2022 to May 2023,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 26 donors in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given detailed nursing.The effect of relieving psychological emotion,nursing quality score,nursing error rate,blood collection quality up to standard rate,nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of sensitivity,fear and anxiety in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ability of communication with blood donors,active service consciousness,problem-solving ability,job responsibility,cooperation with doctors and total score of nursing quality in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the nursing error rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);the satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042);the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:The application of detail nursing in blood collection nursing at blood stations can relieve the tension of blood donors,improve the quality of nursing,reduce the nursing error rate,and improve the nursing satisfaction of blood donors.
