摘要
目的：通过持续质量改进（CQI）降低妇科血标本采集失败的发生率,提高检验结果的准确性。方法：在全面分析血标本采集失败的原因的基础上,将持续质量改进的方法应用于血标本的采集,比较2011年1~6月（实施CQI前）和2011年7~12月（实施cQI后）采集的1 580份和1 680份血标本采集失败的发生率,并调查患者对护士采血技术和服务态度的满意度。结果：实施cQI措施后6个月,血标本采集失败的发生率明显下降（P〈0.05）,患者对护士服务态度满意度由9O.5%上升到99.5%,技术满意度由88.5%上升到98.5%。结论：实施CQI提高了妇科护士的综合能力,能有效降低血标本采集失败的发生率,提高了患者对服务的满意率。
Objective To reduce the failure rate of gynecologic blood sample collection,and to improve the accuracy of test results through continuous quality improvement（ CQI）.Method On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the failure of the blood specimen collection,the continuous quality improvement methods were used in blood collection,Compared the rate of failure incidence of 1580 blood samples June 1,2011（ before the implementation of CQI） and 1680 blood samples collected in December 7,2011（ after cQI）,and surveyed the patients＇ satisfaction to the nurses＇ blood sampling technique and service.Results 6 months after CQI measures, the rate of blood specimen collection failure was significantly decreased（ P〈0.05）,patients on nursing service satisfaction increased from 90.5% to 99.5%,technical satisfaction increased from 88.5% to 98.5%.Conclusion The implementation of CQI improves the comprehensive ability of nurses in Department of Gynecology,and can effectively reduce the rate of blood specimen collection failure,and improves the rate of patients＇ satisfaction for the service.
