摘要
新时代的高校人才培养,应当全面彰显立德树人的价值。教师的道德修养和教学能力直接影响着人才培养的质量。以师德师风建设推进高校课程思政工作,有助于推动课程思政建设实现内涵式高质量发展。要以激发教师开展课程思政建设的内生动力为抓手,加强对教师理想信念的政治引领、提高教师课程育人能力、完善师德师风评价和激励机制,引导教师不断提升自身的理论自信和理论自觉,掌握课程思政育人的规律,真正将教书育人作为教师职业发展的终身目标,以自身高尚的道德情操帮助学生扣好人生的第一粒扣子。
The training of college talents in the new era should fully highlight the value of cultivating morality.With regards to teachers'moral cultivation and teaching ability,it directly affects the quality of talent training.To promote the ideological and political work of university courses with teacher ethics and virtues is helpful to promote the ideological and political construction of courses to achieve connotation and high-quality development.To stimulate the endogenous power of teachers to carry out curriculum ideological and political construction as the starting point,there is a need to strengthen the political guidance of teachers'ideals and beliefs,improve teachers'curriculum education ability,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of teachers'ethics,guide teachers to constantly improve their theoretical confidence and theoretical consciousness,master the law of curriculum ideological and political education,really take teaching as the lifelong goal of teachers'career development,and help students to buckle the first button of life with their own noble moral sentiment.
