摘要
                
                    以蓝莓(Vaccinium spp.)主栽品种‘茶花’一年生的半木质化茎段外植体为试材,探讨不同消毒时间、不同植物生长调节剂组合对‘茶花’蓝莓初代培养的影响。结果表明:‘茶花’蓝莓茎段用75%乙醇浸泡30 s,再用2.5%次氯酸钠溶液浸泡10 min,灭菌效果最好,成活率最高;改良WPM+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+ZT1.0 mg/L诱导培养基最适宜茎段腋芽诱导;改良WPM+IAA 1.0 mg/L+ZT 1.5 mg/L增殖培养基最适宜再生芽增殖。该研究为‘茶花’蓝莓高效组培快繁体系的建立提供参考依据。
                
                Using the annual semi-lignified stem segment explants of the main blueberry(Vaccinium spp.)variety camellia'as the test material,the effects of different disinfection time and different combinations of plant growth regulators on the primary culture of'camellia'blueberry were studied.The results showed that the stem segment of°camellia'blueberry was soaked in 75%ethanol for 30 seconds,and then soaked in 2.5%sodium hypochlorite solution for 10 minutes,which had the best sterilization effect and the highest survival rate.The improved WPM+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+ZT 1.0 mg/L induction medium was the most suitable for axillary bud induction of stem segment.The improved WPM+IAA 1.0 mg/L+ZT 1.5 mg/L proliferation medium was the most suitable for the regenerated bud to proliferate.This study provides a reference for the establishment of a high-efficiency tissue culture and rapid propagation system for camellia'blueberry.
