摘要
以2010~2020年我国77个知识产权示范城市和238个非知识产权示范城市的2712家上市企业为样本,实证检验知识产权示范城市建设对企业数字创新的影响机制、实现条件及空间溢出效应。研究发现:知识产权示范城市建设能够有效促进企业数字创新,且对资本密集型、技术密集型以及东部地区企业数字创新具有更强的推动作用。质量基础设施、高等人力资本是知识产权示范城市建设促进企业数字创新的主要传导路径;市场分割在知识产权示范城市建设促进企业数字创新中产生负向调节效应;随着质量基础设施、高等人力资本水平提升,知识产权示范城市建设对企业数字创新的作用呈现“边际递增”特点;知识产权示范城市建设与企业数字创新具有显著的空间正相关性。据此,应加快完善数字知识产权管理框架,构筑“一站式”质量基础设施基站,发挥区域联动治理功能,促进企业数字创新。
Taking China's 2712 listed companies in 77 intellectual property demonstration cities and 238 non-intellectual property demonstration cities from 2010 to 2020 as samples,this paper empirically tests the impact mechanism,realization conditions and spatial spillover effects of the construction of intellectual property demonstration city on enterprise digital innovation.It is found that the construction of intellectual property demonstration city can effectively promote the digital innovation of enterprises,and it has a stronger promoting effect on the digital innovation of capital-intensive,technology-intensive and eastern enterprises.Quality infrastructure and high human capital are the main transmission paths for the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities to promote enterprise digital innovation.Market segmentation has a negative regulatory effect in the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities to promote enterprise digital innovation.With the improvement of quality infrastructure and higher human capital,the role of intellectual property demonstration city construction in enterprise digital innovation is characterized by"'marginal increase"There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities and enterprise digital innovation.The construction of intellectual property demonstration cities in this region is conducive to the digital innovation of enterprises in the surrounding areas.Based on this,from the urban level,the enterprise level and the regional level,the policy suggestions are put forward to speed up the completion of the digital intellectual property management framework,build a"integrated"quality infrastructure base station and be effective to the regional linkage governance function,so as to provide new ideas for promoting enterprise digital innovation.
