摘要
提高军机机务准备作业人机工效,对降低军机机务准备维修工时、提高军机出动架次率有着重要的作用。为了提高军机的机务准备作业人机工效,进而提高其出动架次率,提出了一种基于耗氧率的人机工效评估方法,基于该方法原理开发了自动化程序,并将此程序应用于军机机务准备作业流程中3种典型作业场景的人机工效评估工作,对该程序的性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,该程序能够根据输入参数自动给出作业人员劳动强度等级和作业人机工效评估结果。通过对相关评估结果进行分析,可以找出改善军机作业人机工效的方法和制约军机机务准备作业效率的关键作业环节,为改善军机的机务准备作业效率、提高其出动架次率提供依据。
Improving the ergonomic efficiency of military aircraft maintenance preparation plays an important role in reducing the maintenance time of military aircraft maintenance preparation and improving the sorties rate of military aircraft.In order to improve the ergonomic efficiency of military aircraft’s maintenance preparation operation and thus improve its sortie rate,this paper proposes a ergonomic evaluation method based on the oxygen consumption rate,develops an automated program based on the method principle,and applies this program to the ergonomic evaluation of three typical operation scenarios in the maintenance preparation operation process of this military aircraft,and tests the performance of the program.The test results show that the program can automatically give the labor intensity grade of operators and the ergonomic evaluation results of operators according to the input parameters.Through the analysis of the relevant evaluation results,we can find out the methods to improve the ergonomics of this military aircraft operation and the key operation links to restrict the efficiency of this military aircraft maintenance preparation operation,thus providing a basis for improving the efficiency and improving sorties rate.
