摘要
探究新活素联合左西孟旦在慢性心衰急性发作患者治疗中的效果。选取2021年8月—2022年8月六盘水市人民医院收治的60例慢性心衰急性发作患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以新活素治疗,观察组予以新活素联合左西孟旦治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),心功能指标和血气分析指标优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者尿量多于对照组,BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组脑钠肽水平低于对照组,6min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,新活素联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心衰急性发作患者,较单一用药治疗效果更加显著,可改善患者心功能,增加患者排尿量,安全性较高,值得推广。
Explore the efficacy of neomycin combined with levosimendan in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.Sixty patients with acute exacerbations of chronic heart failure admitted to the People’s Hospital of Liupanshui City from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with neomycin,while the observation group was treated with neomycin combined with levosimendan.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the cardiac function indicators and blood gas analysis indicators were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the urine output of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the BUN level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the brain natriuretic peptide levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the 6-minute walking distance was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of neomycin and levosimendan has a more significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure compared to single medication.It can improve patients’heart function,increase their urination volume,and has higher safety,which is worth promoting.
