荆银颗粒HPLC指纹图谱建立及13种成分测定 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立荆银颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,并同时测定原儿茶酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、隐绿原酸、升麻素苷、甘草苷、芦丁、木犀草苷、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、5⁃O⁃甲基维斯阿米醇苷、异绿原酸C、牛蒡子苷的含量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters CORTECS C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm);流动相01%磷酸⁃乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长210 nm。结果23批样品指纹图谱中有16个共有峰,相似度均大于0970。13种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥09995),平均加样回收率96.05%~102.06%,RSD 0.98%~2.76%。结论该方法稳定、可靠、准确,可用于荆银颗粒的质量控制。 AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Jingyin Granules and to simultaneously determine the contents of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,coplastin,glycyrrhizin,rutin,luteolin,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid A,5-O-methylwisamitol side,isochlorogenic acid C and arctiin.METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Waters CORTECS C_(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS There were sixteen common peaks in the fingerprints for twenty-three batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.970.Thirteen constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9995),whose average recoveries were 96.05%-102.06%with the RSDs of 0.98%-2.76%.CONCLUSION This stable,reliable and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Jingyin Granules.
