摘要
目的分析优质护理管理对妇幼保健护理人员护理素质的影响。方法选取2021年10月—2022年12月惠民县中医院30名妇幼保健护理人员为研究对象,选用随机数字表法对护理人员随机分为两组,各15例。予以对照组常规护理管理,予以观察组优质护理管理。比较两组的护理素质,并对护理差错、工作投入度等进行分析。结果观察组护理素质评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作投入度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理可以有效提升妇幼保健人员的护理素质,减少各类护理差错,提升人员的工作投入度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing management on the nursing quality of maternal and child health care nurses.Methods 30 maternal and child health care nurses from Huimin County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The nursing staff were randomly divided into two groups using random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.Provided routine nursing management to the control group and observation group provided high-quality nursing management.The nursing quality of the two groups were compared,and the nursing errors,work engagement,etc.were analyzed.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work engagement score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing management can effectively improve the nursing quality of maternal and child health care personnel,reduce various nursing errors,and improve staff work engagement,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
