摘要
目的对优质护理管理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤护理中的应用价值间观察。方法本研究选取性地回顾了2017年12月至2020年2月期间我院收治的98例子宫肌瘤患者治疗的所有资料,将所有的患者随机性地分为了对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49)。对照组患者使用的护理方式是一般性的护理措施,观察组使用的护理方式为优质护理管理治疗持续改进措施。之后对比两个组别之间患者的生活质量、满意度、焦虑程度、治疗整体效果以及护理质量情况。结果对照组患者满意度为(80.83±2.76)分,生活质量评分为(40.71±2.83)分,焦虑程度评分为(39.75±3.01)分,观察组患者满意度为(97.24±3.04)分,生活质量评分为(55.96±3.05)分,焦虑程度评分为(33.54±3.29)分,对照组患者满意度、生活质量评分均低于观察组,焦虑程度则高于观察组,组别之间的差异具备统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者中有24例患者治疗后为显效,概率为48.98%,治疗后有效患者例数有11例,概率为22.45%,治疗无效患者例数有14例,概率为28.57%,治疗总有效患者例数为35例,总有效概率为71.43%。观察组患者中有35例患者治疗后为显效,概率为71.43%,治疗后有效患者例数有12例,概率为24.49%,治疗无效患者例数有2例,概率为4.08%,治疗总有效患者例数为47例,总有效概率为95.92%。对照组患者治疗整体效果明显差于观察组,组别之间的差异具备统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。对照组中患者的基础护理评分为(89.45±3.47)分、护理安全评分为(85.16±3.79)分、病房管理评分为(87.29±3.16)分、护理文书评分为(82.97±3.15)分;观察组中患者的基础护理评分为(96.08±4.05)分、护理安全评分为(95.26±3.66)分、病房管理评分为(96.36±3.85)分、护理文书评分为(96.23±3.17)分;对照组中患者基础护理、护理安全、病房管理以及护理文书在内的护理质量评分均低于观察组中患者,组别之间的差异具备统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论在对子宫肌瘤患者进行护理时,适当采取优质护理管理质量持续改进措施可以有效提高患者治疗效果,提升其生活质量,让患者能够尽早康复,大大提高了患者和患者家属对于护理的满意度,护理质量更高,值得推广。
Objective To observe the application value of continuous improvement of high-quality nursing management quality in hysteromyoma nursing.Methods All the data of 98 patients with hysteromyoma treated in our hospital from December 2017 to February 2020 were selectively reviewed.All patients were randomly divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The nursing method used in the control group was general nursing measures,and the nursing method used in the observation group was high-quality nursing management and continuous improvement measures.Then compare the quality of life,satisfaction,anxiety,overall treatment effect and nursing quality between the two groups.Results In the control group,the patients'satisfaction was(80.83±2.76),the quality of life was(40.71±2.83),the anxiety degree was(39.75±3.01),the patients'satisfaction in the observation group was(97.24±3.04),the quality of life was(55.96±3.05),and the anxiety degree was(33.54±3.29).The patients'satisfaction and quality of life in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the degree of anxiety was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,24 patients were significantly effective after treatment,with a probability of 48.98%,11 patients were effective after treatment,with a probability of 22.45%,14 patients were ineffective after treatment,with a probability of 28.57%,and the total number of effective patients was 35,with a total effective probability of 71.43%.In the observation group,35 patients were significantly effective after treatment,with a probability of 71.43%,12 patients were effective after treatment,with a probability of 24.49%,2 patients were ineffective after treatment,with a probability of 4.08%,and the total number of patients was 47,with a total effective probability of 95.92%.The overall treatment effect of the control group was significantly worse than that of the observation group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the basic nursing score was(89.45±3.47),the nursing safety score was(85.16±3.79),the ward management score was(87.29±3.16),and the nursing document score was(82.97±3.15);In the observation group,the basic nursing score was(96.08±4.05),the nursing safety score was(95.26±3.66),the ward management score was(96.36±3.85),and the nursing document score was(96.23±3.17).The scores of basic nursing,nursing safety,ward management and nursing documents in the control group were lower than those in the observation group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing patients with hysteromyoma,appropriate measures for continuous improvement of high-quality nursing management quality can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,improve their quality of life,enable patients to recover as soon as possible,greatly improve the satisfaction of patients and their families with nursing,and the nursing quality is higher,which is worthy of promotion.
