摘要
目的:探讨分析凉血地黄汤配合针灸疗法对混合痔患者术后创面恢复及疼痛的影响。方法:选择2021年3月~2022年9月在我院进行手术治疗的混合痔患者131例,将其随机分为观察组67例、对照组64例,对照组患者术后给予常规治疗方式,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予凉血地黄汤联合针灸疗法。比较两组患者症状、体征(包括疼痛、肛门水肿以及出血)评分,临床疗效、创面愈合时间以及创面愈合指标变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3d、术后7d两组患者疼痛、肛门水肿以及出血评分均较术后1d显著降低(P<0.05),且术后3d、术后7d观察组患者疼痛、肛门水肿以及出血评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3d、术后7d两组患者VAS评分均显著低于术后1d(P<0.05),术后3d、术后7d观察组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者创面愈合时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7d创面愈合指标血清TGF-β、COL-I以及EGF均较术后1d显著升高(P<0.05),术后7d创面愈合指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凉血地黄汤配合针灸疗法治疗混合痔可以有效促进创面愈合,改善患者术后疼痛,同时有效促进患者术后创面愈合指标的改善,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Liangxue Dihuang Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on wound recovery and pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods:131patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2021to September 2022were selected and randomly divided into observation group(67cases)and control group(64cases).Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment after surgery,and patients in the observation group were given Liangxue Dihuang decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of symptoms and signs(including pain,anal edema and bleeding),clinical efficacy,wound healing time and wound healing indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,anal edema and bleeding in both groups were significantly decreased at 3and 7days after surgery compared with 1day after surgery(P<0.05),and the scores of pain,edema and bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3and 7days after surgery(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).7d post operative wound healing index serum TGF-β、COL-I and EGF were significantly increased compared to the first day after surgery(P<0.05),and the wound healing indicators were significantly higher than the control group on the seventh day after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Dihuang Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for mixed hemorrhoids can effectively promote wound healing,improve patients'postoperative pain,and effectively promote the improvement of patients'postoperative wound healing indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
