量化健康教育在骨折患儿护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨量化健康教育在骨折患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月陆军某医院骨科创伤三组接诊的80例骨折患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组各40例。研究组给予量化健康教育,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组认知情况、遵医行为、护理满意度。结果干预后研究组认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组遵医行为评分、护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论量化健康教育在骨折患儿护理中应用,可以提高认知水平、遵医行为、护理满意度,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of quantitative health education in the nursing of children with fracture.Methods A total of 80 children with fracture admitted to the Third Orthopaedic Trauma Group in an Army Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was given quantitative health education,and the control group was given routine nursing.The cognition,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the cognitive score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The medical compliance behavior score and total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quantitative health education in the nursing of children with fracture can improve the cognitive level,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
