摘要
目的 观察中药消痞解郁方治疗功能性消化不良伴情志障碍的临床疗效。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,收集2021年10月-2022年10月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的功能性消化不良伴情志障碍患者的临床资料,按照治疗药物的不同分别纳入研究组和对照组,每组纳入30例。对照组治疗方案:莫沙必利片5 mg/次,3次/d,口服。研究组治疗方案:莫沙必利片5 mg/次,3次/d,口服;消痞解郁方,每日煎煮1剂,取200 ml,早饭前晚饭后各100 ml,口服。两组均治疗28 d。对比分析两组治疗总有效率,治疗后症状积分,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);研究组上腹饱胀感积分、早饱感积分、上腹痛感症状积分显著低于对照组[(0.31±0.09)vs.(0.98±0.05)、(0.21±0.03)vs.(0.86±0.11)、(0.39±0.12)vs.(0.91±0.06),P<0.05];研究组的SAS评分、SDS评分也明显低于对照组的[(48.70±5.47)vs.(53.36±5.54)、(49.26±5.54)vs.(53.90±5.22),P<0.05]。结论 消痞解郁方联合莫沙必利片可以有效改善功能性消化不良伴情志障碍患者的临床症状,降低患者的焦虑及抑郁评分,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaopi Jieyu Formula in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with emotional disorders.Methods Using a retrospective study method,60 patients with functional dyspepsia and emotional disorders admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were divided into a study group and a control group according to different treatment drugs,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given mosapride tablets orally 5 mg per time,3 times a day,and the study group was given Xiaopi Jieyu Formula and mosapride tablets 5 mg per time.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The total response rate of treatment,symptom scores,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group(93.33%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The upper abdominal fullness score,early satiety score,and upper abdominal pain symptom score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(0.31±0.09)vs.(0.98±0.05),(0.21±0.03)vs.(0.86±0.11),(0.39±0.12)vs.(0.91±0.06),P<0.05].The SAS score(48.70±5.47)and SDS score(49.26±5.54)of study group were also significantly lower than the SAS(53.36±5.54)and SDS(53.90±5.22)scores of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaopi Jieyu Formula combined with mosapride tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia and emotional disorders and reduce the anxiety and depression scores of patients,and has good clinical efficacy.
