摘要
本文通过分析技能型社会建设对人才培养的改革诉求,确定建筑行业BIM技能人才的目标定位,并通过优化"两线贯穿"的实践课程设置,搭建集成化的实践教学平台,改革"三级递进"的实践教学模式,优化"课程+证书+竞赛+社团"协同培养机制等措施,进一步完善BIM技能的实践教学体系建设,不断促进学生工匠精神的达成。
This article analyses the reform demands of constructing a skilled society on talent cultivation,determines the target positioning of BIM skilled talents in the construction industry,and further establishes an integrated practical teaching platform by optimizing the practical curriculum of"two line penetration".The"three-level progressive"practical teaching mode is reformed,and the collaborative training mechanism of"course+certificate+competition+club"is optimized,which could further improve the construction of practical teaching system for BIM skills,and continuously promote the achievement of student'craftsmanship spirit.
