摘要
为解决大量既有商业建筑后期二次招商运营问题,大量业主通过改造建筑设计来实现预期目标。然而结构改造后的建筑往往面临舒适度、抗震、承载力等指标不满足现行规范要求的问题,因此选择合理的加固设计方法成为保证改造设计目标实现的重要途径。本文基于框架-剪力墙高层办公楼改造项目实际案例,通过对改造后结构整体抗震指标、承载力等进行复核,探讨不同部位的加固方法选取,以期为类似框剪高层建筑加固设计提供一定的借鉴与参考。
In order to solve the problem of secondary investment and operation of a large number of existing commercial buildings in the later stage,a large number of owners achieve the expected goals by transforming buildings design.However,after structural renovation,buildings often face the problem that comfort level,seismic resistance,bearing capacity and other indicators do not meet the requirements of the current specifications,so choosing a reasonable reinforcement design method has become an important way to ensure the realization of the transformation design goals.Based on the actual case of the reconstruction project of high level office buildings of frame-shear wall,the selection of reinforcement methods in different parts is discussed by reviewing the overall seismic index and bearing capacity of the renovated structure,in order to provide certain reference for the reinforcement design of similar frame shear high level buildings.
