摘要
京广中心加固改造工程主要分为混凝土结构加固和钢结构加固两部分。混凝土结构加固主要采用粘钢加固、增大截面加固、包钢加固、上翼缘增加次梁加固、增加剪力墙加固等几种方法;钢结构加固主要采用下翼缘加焊钢板、增加倒T形截面、上翼缘增加次梁、上翼缘增加隅撑等加固方法。加固设计时根据现场实际情况,综合考虑设计、施工、验收等多方面因素,选择了最适合的加固方法。
Reinforcement and reconstruction project of Jing Guang Center mainly involved two parts, the reinforced concretestructure strengthening work and steel structure strengthening work. For the reinflrced concrete structure strengtheningwork, bond steel reinforeement, strengthening of increasing the cross-section, cladding steel strengthening andstrengthening by adding the secondary beam and strengthening by adding shear wall were used. For steel structurestrengthening work, the welded steel plate to the lower flange, attaching the inverted T-shaped cross-section, and the upperflange strengthening by adding the secondary beam and inserting the knee bracing were mainly included. The strengtheningdesign need to consider the actual situation of the site, design, construction, inspection and other factors to select the mostsuitable strengthening method.
