基于高校仪器共享平台的医科人才创新能力培养探索 被引量:1

摘要 医科人才培养中,临床技能与科研能力相辅相成、互相促进。而科研能力的培养关键在于创新思维、创新意识和创新能力的培养。科研仪器共享平台作为促进学科发展和人才培养的有效载体,在支撑服务科研的同时,更能成为科研创新能力培养的支点。中山医学院科研仪器平台在十多年的运行中,根据自身特点,积极发挥平台优势,不断探索和创新管理机制,通过全方位的仪器培训服务,鼓励学生尽早开展科研探索,充分锻炼动手操作能力,提升科研创新思维的敏感度,推动新研究技术与手段的引导和实施探索,充分发挥了平台在医学生科研创新能力培养中的促进作用。 In the cultivation of medical talents,clinical skills and scientific research capabilities are complementary and mutually reinforcing,and the key to the cultivation of scientific research abilities lies in the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative ability.As an effective carrier for promoting disciplinary development and talent cultivation,the scientific research instrument sharing platform can not only support scientific research,but also serve as a fulcrum for the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability in students.The scientific research instrument platform of Zhongshan School of Medicine has been in operation for more than 10 years,and the authors have taken full advantage of the facilities to explore and optimize the management mechanism.They offer comprehensive training of instrument use and encourage students to explore scientific research as soon as possible,so that the students can improve their hands-on ability and the sensitivity of scientific research innovation thinking.New experimental techniques and methods are promoted and implemented to give full play to the advantages of the platform in the cultivation of students’innovation ability.
