水性环氧树脂对废旧材料水稳基层性能影响 被引量:3

Effect of waterborne epoxy resin on the performance of waste material cement stabilized macadam base

摘要 为改善废旧材料水泥稳定碎石基层性能,在其中掺入水性环氧树脂,通过抗压强度、劈裂强度、弯拉强度和干缩试验,研究了水性环氧树脂对废旧材料水泥稳定碎石性能的影响,构建了干缩系数随失水时间变化的关系模型。结果表明:水性环氧树脂掺加质量分数为4%时,废旧材料水稳碎石7 d抗压强度最高。掺入水性环氧树脂提高了废旧材料水稳基层的劈裂强度和弯拉强度,其90 d劈裂、弯拉强度分别增长了49.87%和37.14%,强度随龄期的增速亦得到提升。水稳碎石基层的累计失水率、累计干缩应变随失水时间的增长而增大,增速由快至慢并趋于平稳。在废旧材料水稳基层中掺入水性环氧树脂后,其累计失水率、累计干缩应变和平均干缩系数分别降低了19.22%,28.00%和10.90%,有效地改善了废旧材料水稳基层的干缩性能。 The waterborne epoxy resin was adopted to improve the performance of waste material cement stabilized macadamia base.The effect of waterborne epoxy resin on the performance including compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength and dry shrinkage of the waste material cement stabilized macadam base was studied.The relationship model of dry shrinkage coefficient with the change of water loss time was established.The results showed that the 7d compressive strength of waste material cement stabilized macadam base was the highest when the content of waterborne epoxy resin was 4wt%.The waterborne epoxy resin improved the splitting strength and flexural tensile strength of waste material cement stabilized macadam base.Its 90d splitting strength and flexural tensile strength increased by 49.87%and 37.14%respectively.The strength growth rate with the of age also increased.The cumulative water loss rate and dry shrinkage strain of waste material cement stabilized macadam base increased with the increase of water loss time,and the growth rate changed from fast to slow and stabilized.The cumulative water loss rate,cumulative shrinkage strain and average shrinkage coefficient decreased by 19.22%,28.00%and 10.90%,respectively,when waterborne epoxy resin was added into the waste material cement stabilized macadam base.The dry shrinkage property of waste material cement stabilized macadam base was effectively improved.
