摘要
党的二十大明确指出:人才是第一资源,实施就业优先战略,强化就业优先政策,健全就业促进机制,促进高质量充分就业。面对复杂的就业形势,Z大学计算机学院针对计算机专业学生就业面临的困境,在深入贯彻落实党中央关于推进产教融合的重要精神指引下,结合学科实际,以校企合作为契机,把企业资源、校友资源、专业教师纳入就业指导体系,推动行业需求更好融入人才培养过程,打造就业指导新模式,构建“企业-学校-社会”就业生态共同体,进一步完善就业指导体系,系统推进就业指导工作。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly pointed out that talent is the primary resource,we should implement the employment-first strategy,strengthen the employment-first policy,improve the mechanism for promoting employment,and promote high-quality and full employment.Facing the complex employment situation,the School of Computer Science of Z University,aiming at the difficulties faced by the students majoring in computer science,implements the important spirit of the CPC on promoting the integration of industry and education,combines the subject reality,takes the school-enterprise cooperation as an opportunity,explores the new mode of school-enterprise cooperation,and integrates enterprise resources,alumni resources and professional teachers into the employment guidance system.These practices help to promote industry needs to better integrate into the process of talent cultivation,build an"enterprise-school-society"employment ecological community,further improve the employment guidance system,and systematically promote employment guidance work.
