摘要
路衍经济是我国高速公路融合经济发展的新形态,对于我国新时期经济高质量发展具有重要意义。提出了路衍经济的定义及内涵。分析了山东高速集团有限公司路衍经济发展的现状及不足,并提出了发展路衍经济面临的形势与内在要求。从构建一套路衍经济体制机制、高速公路+“服务经济”、高速公路+“流量经济”、高速公路+“物流经济”、高速公路+“资源经济”、高速公路+“数字经济”等方面提出了重点战略任务。本文为同类企业发展“路衍经济”在战略层面提供了发展思路与参考。
Expressway derived economy is a new form of expressway integration economic development in China,which has great significance to the high-quality economic development in the new period.Firstly,the definition and connotation of expressway-derived economy are presented.Then,the current situation and shortcomings of the development of the expressway derivative economy of Shandong Gaosu Group Co.are analyzed,and the situation and inherent requirements for the expressway derived economy development are presented.On the basis of the above analysis,the key development tasks of Shandong Gaosu Group of"expressway-derived economy"are proposed from a set of institutional mechanism of expressway-derived economy,expressway+"service economy",expressway+"flow economy",expressway+"logistics economy",expressway+"resource economy"and expressway+"digital economy".This paper provides ideas and references for similar enterprises to develop the"expressway-derived economy"at the strategic level.
