摘要
黄酮类化合物具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗菌等生物活性,其作为动物饲料添加剂和兽药的研究引起了学术界的普遍关注,已有越来越多的黄酮类制剂被开发出来并应用于畜禽生产。文章综述了黄酮类化合物的基本结构、分类、生物活性、制备方法及其在畜禽生产中的应用,旨在揭示其对动物生产性能和免疫健康的调节作用,为其在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
Flavones have anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antibacterial and other biological activities,and their research as animal feed additives and veterinary drugs has attracted widespread attention in the academic community.More and more flavones have been developed and used in livestock and poultry production.This article reviews the basic structure,classification,biological activity,preparation methods,and application of flavones in livestock and poultry production,with the aim of revealing their regulatory effects on animal production performance and immune health,and providing reference for their application in livestock and poultry production.
