摘要
随着腹腔镜技术的不断发展成熟,以腹腔镜为主的直肠癌微创手术方式也在不断的发展更新,拓展出一些新的微创术式,如经肛门内镜微创切除术(TEM)、经肛全直肠系膜切除(taTME)手术、腹腔镜括约肌间切除术(ISR)、经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)等。原有的手术操作代码国家临床版2.0手术编码已经不能精准表达这些新术式,2020年发布的手术操作代码国家临床版3.0在手术分类相应亚目下拓展了直肠癌新微创术式的手术编码。通过学习各种直肠癌微创术式的手术方法和技术特点,了解临床手术名称填写与编码之间的差异,结合国际疾病分类第九版临床修订本手术与操作(ICD-9-CM-3)2011版的手术分类规则,梳理总结临床常用的几种直肠癌微创根治术ICD编码,为手术操作分类提供参考。
With the continuous development and maturity of laparoscopic technology,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer has also been continuously updated,and some new minimally invasive surgery methods have been developed,such as transanal endoscopic minimally invasive resection(TEM),transanal mesorectal resection(taTME) surgery,laparoscopic sphincter resection(ISR),the natural cavity specimen surgery(NOSES).The original surgical operation code National Clinical Version 2.0 surgical code can no longer accurately express these new surgical procedures.The national Clinical Surgical Operation Code version 3.0 released in 2020 expands the surgical code of new minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer under the corresponding subcategory of surgical classification.Through learning all kinds of rectal cancer minimally invasive surgical methods and technical characteristics,understanding the difference between the name of the clinical surgery fill in and coding,in line with the international classification of disease ninth edition clinical revision this operation and operation(ICD-9-CM-3) 2011 version of the surgical classification rules,summarizing common clinical several rectal cancer minimally invasive radical ICD coding so as to provide reference for operation classification.
