摘要
中药饮片处方应付对处方的有效性和安全性至关重要。因各种原因,同一处方在不同地区处方应付存在差异,造成中药饮片临床使用混乱,影响了中药饮片的安全性和有效性。为规范、统一中药饮片处方应付,2021年6月,由中华中医药学会医院药学分会组织,天津中医药大学第二附属医院、山东中医药大学附属医院牵头,会同全国28家中医医疗机构共同起草制定的《中药饮片处方应付规范》正式发布。该文对该规范相关内容进行解读,以期促进中药饮片处方应付工作更加规范化、合理化、科学化、制度化。
The corresponding Chinese herbal piece of prescription writing is very important for the efficacy and safety of prescription.Due to various reasons,there are differences in the prescriptions of the same prescription in different regions,and artificially causing the chaos of clinical use of Chinese herbal pieces,which affects the safety and effectiveness of the clinical use of Chinese herbal medicine.To regulate and unify the prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine,organized by the Hospital Pharmacy Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,conferred with 28 Chinese Herbal Pieces medical institutions across the country,drafted and officially released the Specification for Coping of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces Prescriptions in June 2021.This article interpreted the relevant content of the specification in order to promote the more standardized,rationalized,scientific,and institutionalization of the prescription of traditional Chinese herbal pieces.
