摘要
对骨碎补相关研究进行文献计量、可视化分析,探讨并综述其研究热点及发展趋势。在中国知网检索2000—2022年骨碎补相关文献,应用CiteSpace对文献中的作者、机构、关键词和主题词进行共现分析,绘制对应知识图谱、时间线视图及关键词突现等可视化图谱。共获得中国知网相关文献969篇。发文量最多的作者团队为谢雁鸣团队(15篇),该领域最具生产力的机构为山东中医药大学、山东中医药大学附属医院、广州中医药大学(均为18篇),前20关键词主要与骨碎补功效、活性物质及机理研究相关,包括骨质疏松、骨密度、柚皮苷、总黄酮、信号通路和作用机制。聚类分析得到17类,大致可分为3类:第1类是骨碎补有效成分相关包括聚类2柚皮苷、聚类5总黄酮、聚类8质量标准和聚类14鉴别;第2类是骨碎补药理作用相关包括聚类1网络药理学、聚类12数据挖掘、聚类3大鼠、聚类4中药治疗、聚类6成骨细胞、聚类11药理作用、聚类13氧化应激和聚类16维管束;第3类主要是与骨碎补一同使用的其他药物,相关包括聚类7鸡血藤、聚类9土鳖虫、聚类10淫羊藿和聚类15大血藤。骨碎补的研究作者和研究机构间的合作度有待进一步提高,骨碎补改善骨密度的作用机制机理研究仍是今后骨碎补的研究热点。
At nalyze the literature metrology and visualization of the research of Drynariae Rhizoma,to explore and summarize the research hotspots and development trends.Literatures related to Drynariae Rhizoma are searched in CNKI databases.Apply CiteSpace for co-occurrence analysis of authors,institutions,keywords and subject terms in the literature,draw the corresponding knowledge map,the timeline view,and conclude the research hotspot and trend of Drynariae Rhizoma.A total of 969 related articles are obtained.The most productive institutions in this field are Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Afiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(all three with 18 articles).The top 20 keywords are mainly related to the eficacy,active substance and mechanism of Drynariae Rhizoma,including osteoporosis,bone density,naringin,total flavonoids,signaling pathways and mechanism of action.The first category is related to the active ingredients of Drynariae Rhizoma,including cluster 2 naringin,cluster 5 total flavonoids,cluster 8 quality standard and cluster 14 authentication;The second category is related to the pharmacological effects of Drynariae Rhizoma,including cluster 1 network pharmacology,cluster 12 data mine,cluster 3 rat,cluster 4 treatment by Chinese herbs,cluster 6 osteoblasts,cluster 11 pharmacological effects,cluster 13 oxidative stress and cluster 16 vascular bundle;The third category is related to other drugs used together with Drynariae Rhizoma,including cluster 7 chicken blood vine,cluster 9 earthworms,cluster 10 Herba Epimedium and Cluster 15 Daxuetong.The degree of cooperation between authors and research institutions needs to be further improved,and the study of the mechanism of action of Drynariae Rhizoma to improve bone density remains a hot spot for future research on the Drynariae Rhizoma.
