摘要
心力衰竭(心衰)是各种心脏病发展的严重和终末阶段。营养评估及营养支持治疗是心衰患者管理中的重要部分,然而目前尚缺乏对饮食干预和营养治疗的研究,指南对于心衰患者的营养管理也缺乏具体推荐。本文就心衰患者的营养评估、营养支持的研究现状与进展作一综述。
Heart failure(HF)is a severe and terminal stage in the development of various heart diseases.Nutritional assessment and nutritional support therapy are important parts of the management of patients with HF.However,there is currently a lack of research on dietary intervention and nutritional therapy,and most guidelines also lack specific recommendations for nutritional management of patients with HF.This article reviews the current research status and progress of nutritional assessment and nutritional support for patients with HF.
