摘要
通过改变碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))填充颗粒的尺寸,选择不同目数的CaCO_(3)填充聚乙烯(PE),制备一系列PE/CaCO_(3)吹塑薄膜。通过氧气、二氧化碳和水蒸气透过率分析、接触角测试,微观形貌分析和香蕉保鲜实验,研究CaCO_(3)目数对PE薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:不同目数的CaCO_(3)在PE中均匀分散。当填充1250目CaCO_(3)时,PE/CaCO_(3)薄膜具有较低的氧气与二氧化碳透过率比(O_(2)/CO_(2)),表现出好的保鲜效果,香蕉存放22 d时香蕉果皮青绿,果柄处失水变黑程度最低。
A series of PE/CaCO_(3)blown films were prepared by changing the particle size of CaCO_(3)and selecting different mesh CaCO_(3)to fill polyethylene(PE).The effects of CaCO_(3)mesh on the properties of PE films were studied by oxygen,carbon dioxide and water vapor permeability analysis,contact angle test,micro-morphology analysis and banana preservation experiment.The results show that different CaCO_(3)disperse uniformly in PE.The PE/CaCO_(3)film filled with 1250 mesh CaCO_(3)has a lower oxygen/carbon dioxide transmittance ratio(O_(2)/CO_(2)),showing a good preservation effect.When bananas are stored for 22 d,the banana peel is green,and the degree of water loss and blackening at the fruit stalk is the lowest.
