摘要
县域作为全域旅游示范区创建的主要阵地,对于全域旅游发展十分重要,探索全域旅游示范区创建对县域旅游经济发展的实际效果具有重要意义。基于山西省30个县2013—2019年的面板数据,采用PSM—DID方法评估全域旅游示范区创建的旅游经济效应,并采用多重中介效应模型检验其影响机制。结果发现:①创建全域旅游示范区的县比未创建全域旅游示范区的县具有更高的旅游经济发展水平;②山西省晋北地区的县以及经济规模一般的县全域旅游示范区创建的旅游经济效应更显著;③旅游经济效应的正向影响主要是通过扩大涉旅投资规模、优化三次产业结构、提升旅游资源价值以及完善公路交通路网等途径来实现。据此,提出山西省县域应继续坚持走全域旅游发展的道路,因地制宜探索全域旅游发展模式,在投资水平、产业结构、资源禀赋、旅游交通等方面持续投入。
As the major sites creating the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone,it is very important for the development of the all-for-one tourism in counties,and it is of great significance to explore the actual effect of the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone establishment on the development of the county-scale tourism economy.Based on the panel data of 30 counties in Shanxi Province from 2013 to 2019,this paper used the PSM-DID method to evaluate the county-scale tourism economic effect,and used the multiple mediating effect model to test the influence mechanism of the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone establishment.The results showed that:①The counties that created the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone had higher levels of tourism economic development than those counties that did not create all-for-one tourism demonstration zone.②The counties in the north part of Shanxi Province and the counties with average economic scale had more significant tourism economic effects of creating the all-for-one tourism demonstration zone.③The positive influence was mainly achieved by expanding the scale of tourism-related investment,optimizing the three industrial structures,enhancing the value of tourism resources and improving the road traffic network.Accordingly,this paper proposed that counties in Shanxi Province should adhere to the road of all-for-one tourism development,explore the development mode of all-for-one tourism demonstration zone according to local conditions,and continue to devote in tourism-related investment,industrial structure,tourism resources,and tourism transportation and so on.
