摘要
价值链遵循一体化思维,在众多企业的经营活动及内部管理中有极为广泛的应用。皮革企业作为原材料指向型及市场导向型双重属性的企业,优化库存管理是其应对市场需求变化及抢占有利的市场地位的重要举措。本文综合性分析了目前我国皮革企业库存管理存在的问题,运用价值链理论提出皮革企业降本增效的库存管理措施,旨在为我国皮革企业的转型升级提供参考。
The value chain follows the integrated thinking,which is widely used in the business activities and inter⁃nal management of many enterprises.As a leather enterprise with dual attributes of raw material orientation and mar⁃ket orientation,optimizing inventory management is an important measure for it to respond to changes in market de⁃mand and seize a favorable market position.This paper comprehensively analyzed the current problems in the invento⁃ry management of leather enterprises in my country,and proposed inventory management measures for leather enterpri⁃ses to reduce costs and increase efficiency by using the value chain theory,aiming to provide a reference for the trans⁃formation and upgrading of leather enterprises in my country.
