激励上报制度在护理安全(不良)事件管理中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨激励上报制度在护理安全(不良)事件管理中的应用效果。方法 比较本院激励上报制度实施前后的护理安全(不良)事件主动上报率、护理安全(不良)事件发生率、护理安全(不良)事件构成。结果 实施后的护理安全(不良)事件主动上报率高于实施前,护理安全(不良)事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。实施前,护理安全(不良)事件的构成中前三位分别为患者因素、护理人员因素、人员配合因素;实施后,护理安全(不良)事件的构成中前三位分别为患者因素、意外因素、环境因素。结论 激励上报制度在护理安全(不良)事件管理中发挥着重要作用,能够提升主动上报率,降低护理安全(不良)事件发生风险,减少护理人员因素所致的护理安全(不良)事件。 Objective To explore the application effect of incentive reporting system in the management of nursing safety(adverse)events.Methods The active reporting rate of nursing safety(adverse)events,the incidence of nursing safety(adverse)events,and the composition of nursing safety(adverse)events before and after the implementation of the incentive reporting system in our hospital were compared.Results The active reporting rate of nursing safety(adverse)events after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation,and the incidence of nursing safety(adverse)events was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Before the implementation,the top three components of nursing safety(adverse)events were patient factor,nursing staff factor,and personnel cooperation factor;After the implementation,the top three components of nursing safety(adverse)events were patient factor,accidental factor,and environmental factor.Conclusions Incentive reporting system plays an important role in the management of nursing safety(adverse)events,which can improve the active reporting rate,reduce the occurrence risk of nursing safety(adverse)events,and reduce the nursing safety(adverse)events caused by nursing staff factors.
