摘要
目的观察综合护理干预对内科门诊围诊管理应用效果分析。方法将在本院内科门诊(2020年11月-2021年4月)随机抽取就诊患者720例,开展综合护理干预下为研究组,并选取既往时期(2020年5月-2020年10月)另于内科门诊就诊的随机抽取患者720例常规干预下为对照组。比较患者干预前、后的不良情绪、对于疾病的应对方式评分,统计患者对于在干预下的各项满意度评分,并统计分诊准确率、患者平均等待时间、医护患的纠纷发生率,护理人员及医生对于分诊管理下的各项满意度。结果干预后对疾病的消极应对方式、不良情绪评分较干预前下降,研究组较对照组相比更低,而对应对方式中的积极应对方式评分较干预前提升,研究组更高。对于等候时间、人文关怀、就诊环境、就诊流程、专业水平的满意度评分更高。研究组分诊准确率高,平均等待时间短,医患纠纷率更低。在护士对围诊管理评价、患者处理评价,研究组护理人员完全同意率更高。在医生对围诊管理评价、患者处理评价,研究组医生的完全同意率更高(P<0.05)。结论在内科门诊围诊管理应用中,开展综合的护理干预下,可以获得改善患者在候诊的过程中,将对疾病的消极应对方式转变成积极的应对态度,减少不良情绪的出现,提升分诊准确,缩短等待候诊时间,减少纠纷的发生,并获得医护患的满意度的提升,效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the perioperative management of internal medicine clinic.Methods A total of 720 patients in the internal medicine clinic of our hospital(From November 2020 to April 2021)were selected as the research group under the comprehensive nursing intervention.720 patients in the previous period(From May 2020 to October 2020)were selected as the control group under routine intervention.Compare the patients’bad mood before and after the intervention,the score of coping style for the disease,count the patients’satisfaction scores under the intervention,and count the triage accuracy,the average waiting time of patients,the incidence of disputes between doctors and patients,and the satisfaction of nurses and doctors under the triage management.Results After the intervention,the scores of negative coping styles and bad emotions of the patients were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of positive coping styles in the study group were higher than those before the intervention.The satisfaction scores of waiting time,humanistic care,waiting time,treatment environment,treatment process and professional level are higher.The accuracy of triage in the study group was high,the average waiting time was short,and the rate of doctor-patient disputes was lower.In the evaluation of nurses’perioperative management and patient treatment,the nurses in the study group had a higher rate of complete consent.In the evaluation of doctors’perioperative management and patient treatment,the complete consent rate of doctors in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the application of perioperative management in internal medicine outpatient department,under the comprehensive nursing intervention,patients can improve their negative response to the disease into a positive response attitude,reduce the occurrence of bad emotions,improve the accuracy of triage,shorten the waiting time,reduce the occurrence of disputes,and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.The effect is ideal.
