国家职教“双师型”教师标准实施背景下高职院校教师专业发展目标、路径与对策研究——基于常州的调研与思考 被引量:2

摘要 教师专业发展是教师专业成长和促进教师专业成长的过程。职业院校教师专业发展既具有普通教育教师发展的共性特征,又有着职业教育教师的“跨界性”与“实践性”特征。由于“专家型教师”是教师专业发展的追求目标,“双师型”教师是职业教育教师素质的本质要求,因此,高职院校教师应以追求成为“双师型”专家型教师为发展愿景。通过对国内外教师发展理论的文献梳理和对常州高职教育园区5所高职院校教师发展状况的调研,挖掘“双师型”专家型教师内涵及其要素,从专业化培训、教研共同体建设、教学反思、企业实践、自我指导五方面探讨促进高职院校教师专业发展的路径选择,提出“国家标准驱动、院校支持推动、教师发展主动”的“三动”职教教师发展模式,为我国高职院校“双师型”教师培养和教师专业发展提供理论参考与借鉴。 It is quite clear that professional development is a crucial process for teachers'continuous growth and improvement.Specifically,the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges not only shares inherent similarities with the counterparts in general education but also exudes distinct nuances,particularly in its interdisciplinary scope and practical training orientation.Aiming to be expert-type teachers while also meeting the need for dual-qualified talents,vocational college teachers strive to excel in both areas throughout their careers.The study tries to explore the connotation and elements of an expert-type teacher based on a comprehensive review of related theories and a survey conducted in Changzhou's Higher Vocational Education Park.Then,it is necessary to choose teachers'developmental path through professional training,teaching reflection and research community construction,enterprise practice and self-guidance.The aim is to propose a model that applies a national standard-driven,college-supported and teacher-motivated approach.Hopefully,the results may provide theoretical insights and methodological guidance towards cultivating dual-quality teachers in vocational colleges.
