摘要
为进一步探索影响青少年锻炼坚持性的因素,文章采用问卷调查法、数理统计法收集和分析数据,确定了影响青少年锻炼坚持性的四个维度,即个人因素、环境因素、学校因素和心理体验,对四个维度下的14个因素进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析.结果显示,影响因素维度构建具有良好的信效度,本研究能为提升青少年锻炼坚持性提供有益参考.
To further explore the factors influencing adolescents’exercise adherence,data were collected and analyzed using questionnaires and mathematical statistics to identify 4 dimensions influencing adoles⁃cents’exercise adherence,namely,personal factors,environmental factors,school factors,and psychological experiences in this paper.And the 14 factors under the 4 dimensions were analyzed by exploratory factor analy⁃sis and valida⁃tion factor analysis.The analysis results show that the influence factor dimension construction had good reliability and validity,and this study can provide useful references for enhancing adolescents’exer⁃cise adherence.
