摘要
常规的备用电源自动投入控制技术存在线路过载的问题,导致变电故障进一步扩大。因此,设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的变电站备用电源自动投入控制技术。提取变电站备用电源自动投入动作特征,判断备用电源母线电压的有压/失压状态,避免母线断线造成自动投入误动作。基于PLC控制备用电源自动投入热稳定状态,根据变电站备用电源潮流转移量,预先切除电源部分负荷,并利用PLC预留控制裕度,防止过切负荷的问题。采用仿真实验验证,结果显示该技术控制效果更佳,能够应用于实际生活。
The conventional backup point source automatic input control technology has the problem of line overload,leading to further expansion of substation faults.Therefore,a substation backup power automatic input control technology based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)was designed.Extract the automatic operation characteristics of the backup power supply in the substation,determine the voltage on/off state of the backup power supply bus voltage,and avoid automatic operation errors caused by bus disconnection.Based on PLC control,the backup power supply is automatically put into a thermal stable state.According to the flow transfer amount of the backup power supply in the substation,part of the power supply load is cut off in advance,and PLC is used to reserve control margin to prevent the problem of over cutting load.The simulation results show that the control effect of this technology is better and it can be applied to real life.
