摘要
提出通过引入线路电压和开关位置的判据,对区域备自投系统逻辑控制策略进行优化。优化后的区域备自投系统有效避免了变电站轻负荷运行状态下发生母线PT断线时误动作的风险,并能准确判出母线PT断线,对其他备自投系统的逻辑控制策略提供参考案例。
This paper proposes to optimize the logic control strategy of regional standby automatic switching system by introducing the criteria of line voltage and switch position.The optimized regional standby automatic switching system effectively avoids the risk of misoperation in case of bus PT disconnection under light load operation of the substation,and can accurately judge the bus PT disconnection,which provides a reference case for the logic control strategy of other standby automatic switching systems.
