摘要
快速更新的化工新技术以及经济下行压力下化工行业改进生产技术和提高生产效率的迫切需求,使得对高校化工专业毕业生的就业预期不断提高。培养信念坚定、热爱专业、知识扎实、技能熟练的化工专业人才是衡量高校化工专业建设水平的重要指标。本文总结了当前化工专业人才培养的现状,并以河北农业大学理工系化工专业为例,探讨了化工专业人才培养体系的几点思考。希望借此不断提高化工专业人才培养质量,为同类高校化工专业人才培养提供参考。
The rapidly updated new chemical technology and the urgent need of the chemical industry to improve production technology and improve production efficiency under the downward pressure of the economy make the employment expectations of college graduates of chemical engineering continue to increase.Training chemical professionals with firm faith,professional love,solid knowledge and skilled skills is an important indicator to measure the construction level of chemical specialty in colleges and universities.This paper summarizes the current situation of personnel training of chemical engineering specialty,and takes the chemical engineering specialty of the Department of Science and Engineering of Hebei Agricultural University as an example to discuss several aspects of the personnel training system of chemical engineering specialty.We hope to take this opportunity to continuously improve the quality of the training of chemical professionals and provide reference for the training of chemical professionals in similar universities.
