摘要
通过FTIR、XRD、TEM、TG、CONE等不同试验手段,对蒙脱土增强EVM橡胶复合材料的结构、耐热、阻燃等性能进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明:经插层剂处理的Na-MMT,硅酸盐的层间距大幅度提高;大部分的org-MMT实现了在EVM橡胶复合材料的纳米插层、脱层分散;蒙脱土纳米复合材料的耐热性能比其他填料优异得多;同时材料的阻燃性能提高明显。
The properties of structure、thermal stability and flame retardancy of EVM/organic montmorillonite composite were systematically investigated by the combination measures FTIR、XRD、TEM、TG and CONE parameters.Experimental results showed that the layers of org-MMT were exfoliated and dispersed in EVM/org-MMT nanocomposite.Furthermore,the thermal stability and flame retardancy of the compounds were greatly increased for its obstruct structure of montmorillonite.
