摘要
以100 kW车用PEMFC发动机系统为研究对象。首先,基于结构设计、原理分析和热管理性能要求,运用V模型设计了一套PEMFC发动机热管理系统;然后,通过热平衡计算完成对关键零部件的选型与性能匹配,并运用AMESim软件搭建系统一维仿真模型;最后,以零部件进出口温度和温差为评价指标对不同工况进行仿真分析和台架测试,通过对比分析验证设计的有效性。结果表明:峰值工况下冷却液出口温度达到极限值,其余工况下系统各部件均在正常工作温度范围内,同时模型仿真数据与台架测试数据相对误差均在5%以内,说明该系统满足设计要求且模型具有较高的可信度,可为车用PEMFC发动机热管理系统设计提供一定的指导。
Taking the 100 kW vehicle PEMFC system as the research object.Firstly,based on the structural design,principle analysis and thermal management performance requirements,a set of PEMFC engine thermal management system was designed by using V model.Secondly,the selection and performance matching of key components were completed through heat balance calculation,and AMESim software was used to build the one-dimensional simulation model of the system.Finally,Using the components'inlet and outlet temperature and temperature difference as the evaluation indexes,the simulation analysis and bench test were carried out in different working conditions,and the validity of the design was verified by comparative analysis.The results show that the outlet temperature of coolant reaches the limit value under the peak working condition,and all the components of the system are within the normal working temperature range under the other working conditions.Meanwhile,the relative errors of model simulation data and test bench data are all within 5%,indicating that the system meets the design requirements and the model has high reliability.It can provide some guidance for the design of vehicle.
