摘要
主动进气格栅对于整车提升热管控效率与降低风阻贡献显著,尤其是新能源车型无上格栅造型趋势下进风需求更加难以达成,因此国内外的车企都在做有关技术研究。介绍一种增程新能源汽车外显式主动进气格栅的设计开发过程,包含了性能指标与功能定义、材料的选定与电机的选型、系统布置、结构拓扑优化设计,有效规避塑料结构本身注塑特性而产生的外观缺陷,对主动格栅叶片开启角度优化设计与控制策略设计。通过CAE分析结果与试验结果进行对比,验证产品的可靠性,为整车节能减排与无上格栅造型需要提供一种新的解决方案。
Active grille system contributes significantly to the improvement of thermal management efficiency and reduction of wind resistance of the whole vehicle,especially under the trend of new energy car styling without upper grille,it is more difficult to meet the air intake demand,so domestic and foreign vehicle enterprises are doing relevant technical research.The design and development process of an extended range new energy vehicle's explicit active air intake grille was introduced,including performance index and function definition,material selection,motor selection,system layout,structural topology optimization design,effectively avoiding the appearance defects caused by the injection molding characteristics of the plastic structure itself,and optimizing the design of the opening angle of the active grille blade and the design of the control strategy.Finally,the reliability of the product was verified by comparing the CAE analysis results with the test results.Provide a new solution for the energy saving and emission reduction of the whole vehicle and the need for car styling without upper grille.

戢健,毕业于湖北汽院,本科学士学位,现就职于东风集团技术中心,担任主管工程师,主要从事车身饰件轻量化设计开发的研究。曾荣获二项东风集团“模范党员”荣誉,三项东风青年自主创新创效奖,五项东风科协优秀论文奖,理想汽车车身前瞻技术贡献奖,曾公开发表多篇论文,其中核心一篇,发明专利十余项。
