摘要
目的 对肺脾气虚型咳嗽患者中医治疗中岭南火针以及自拟中药方案的应用方式、效果进行详细探究。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月本院收治的40例肺脾气虚型咳嗽患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案差异,将患者分为参照组(20例)和实验组(20例)。参照组采用常规西药治疗方案,实验组采用岭南火针结合中药内服治疗方案。对两组患者本次治疗效果、炎症因子水平改善情况、患者咳嗽症状改善情况、免疫球蛋白含量以及中医证候积分进行对比。结果 实验组患者本次治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于参照组患者本次治疗总有效率55.0%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者hs-CRP、TNF-α水平低于参照组患者,而IL-10水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消退时间均短于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者IgG、IgA含量高于参照组患者,而IgE含量更低;实验组患者咳嗽、咽痒、咳痰评分低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在肺脾气虚型咳嗽患者临床治疗中,联用岭南火针和中药治疗方案,并根据患者临床病症优化调整中药方案,可提升治疗效果,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore application methods and effect of Lingnan fire needle and selfdesigned traditional Chinese medicine plan for cough patients with lung spleen-qi deficiency type in detail.Methods The paper chose 40 cough patients with lung spleen-qi deficiency type from January 2022 to January 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into reference group of 20 cases and experimental group of 20 cases according to different treatment plans.Reference group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,while experimental group with Lingnan fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment.Treatment effect,improvement of inflammatory factor levels,improvement of cough symptoms,immunoglobulin content and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of experimental group was(19/20)95.0%,higher than(11/20)55.0%of reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Hs CRP,TNF-αlevel in experimental group was lower than reference group,while IL-10 level was higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Cough relief time and cough resolution time of experimental group was shorter than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Levels of IgG and IgA in experimental group were higher than reference group,while levels of IgE were lower.Cough,pharyngeal itching and sputum scores of experimental group were lower than reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical treatment of cough patients of lung spleen-qi deficiency type,Lingnan fire needle and traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be applied.Based on clinical symptoms of patients,optimized traditional Chinese medicine plan can improve treatment effect and prognosis of patients.
