摘要
随着高校教学、科研规模的逐年增大,教学和科研过程中的经费报销由于种类繁多、项目复杂而传统的财务报销流程又冗杂、低效成为一大难题。本课题针对以上现象,结合财务实际工作需求,将智能技术用到财务报销工作,搭建全场景财务报销平台,解决报销工作面临的问题。运用OCR票据识别、电子签章以及RPA人工智能等技术搭建高校财务系统。通过平台建设,为师生提供集票据收集验证、选取报销、在线审核、生成凭证于一体的一站式报销服务,让报销的教师通过一部手机即可完成报销业务。有效提升高校财务治理效能,提高各高校财务工作处理效率,推动高校智能财务管理工作的高质量发展,为智能财务报销体系在高校的实践应用提供参考。
With the increasing scale of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities year by year,the re-imbursement of funds in the teaching and research process has become a major challenge due to the variety and com-plexity of projects,as well as the cumbersome and inefficient traditional financial reimbursement process.This pro-ject focuses on the above phenomena and combines with the actual financial work needs to apply intelligent technolo-gy to financial reimbursement work,build a full scenario financial reimbursement plaform,and solve the problems faced on the reimbursement work.Build a university financial system using technologies such as OCR bill recogni-tion,electronic signature,and RPA artificial intelligence.Through platform construction,we provide a one-stop re-imbursement service that integrates bill collection and verification,reimbursement selection,online review,and voucher generation for teachers and students,allowing reimbursement teachers to complete reimbursement business through one mobile phone.Improving effectively the efficiency of financial governance in universities,improving the efficiency of financial work processing in various universities,promoting the high-quality development of intelligent financial management in universities,and providing reference for the practical application of intelligent financial re-imbursement systems in universities.
