摘要
针对目前农药残留已成为制约产品质量、影响对外贸易的重要因素,概述了农药残留的分类和使用现状,详细介绍了农药残留前处理方法:固相萃取、液液萃取、分散液-液微萃取、凝胶渗透色谱、Qu ECh ERS法。基于气相色谱-飞行时间质谱(GC-TOF-MS)的高通量检测特点,GC-TOF-MS是一种具有潜力的色谱质谱联用技术,对GC-TOF-MS技术在食品、烟草、环境卫生等领域农药残留检测中的应用现状予以综述,旨在为多种农药残留检测提供技术支撑。
In view of the fact that pesticide residues have become an important factor restricting product quality and affecting foreign trade,the classification and application of pesticide residues were summarized in this paper,the pretreatment methods of pesticide residues were introduced in detail:solid phase extraction,liquid-liquid extraction,dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction,gel permeation chromatography and Quechers.Based on the high-throughput detection characteristics of gas chromatography-time of flight-mass spectrometry(GC-TOF-MS),GC-TOF-MS was a promising GC-MS technique,the application of GC-TOF-MS in the detection of pesticide residued in food,tobacco,environmental health and other fields was reviewed in order to provide technical support for the detection of multi-pesticide residues.
