摘要
环境中污染物种类繁多,新型污染物层出不穷,对人类健康构成巨大的威胁,而现有标准往往没有考虑到这些新型污染物,如何从复杂的环境介质中识别出污染物是当前亟待解决的问题.采用传统的靶向分析检测工作量大,工作效率低,因此高通量筛查技术逐渐成为环境分析的热点.本文介绍了高通量筛查技术及其在不同领域的应用.
Millions of chemicals,including more and more emerging pollutants,are discarded into the environment,which pose a great threat to human health.However,current standards often fail to take into account these emerging pollutants.How to identify pollutants from complex environmental media is an urgent problem to be solved.Traditional target analysis has a large workload and low efficiency,so high throughput screening technology has gradually become a hot topic in environmental analysis.High throughput screening technology and its application in different fields are introduced in this paper.
