虚拟标准化病人用于儿科专业住院医师临床思维能力培养的探索 被引量:4

Exploration of clinical thinking ability training of pediatric residents using virtual standardized patients

摘要 目的 以临床思维能力为导向,探索有效的儿科专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)培训模式。方法 选取该院2021级儿科专业住院医师38名,应用虚拟标准化病人进行培训,住院医师培训后填写调查问卷;指导医师在住院医师培训前后测评其临床思维能力。结果 调查问卷结果显示,将虚拟标准化病人应用于儿科住培,得到了儿科住院医师的肯定。与运用虚拟标准化病人培训前比较,培训后住院医师的知识掌握程度、诊断分析能力、资料采集利用、沟通表达能力4项临床思维能力测评指标的自评和指导医师的测评结果均有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 虚拟标准化病人培训可有效提高儿科专业住院医师的临床思维能力。 Objective Based on clinical thinking ability,explore an effective teaching mode for standardized training of pediatric residents.Methods Thirty eight pediatric residents of grade 2021 in Shandong Provincial Hospital were selected and trained with virtval standardized patients.After training,the trainees filled in questionnaires.Before and after the training,the teachers evaluated the clinical thinking ability of the trainees.Results The results of the questionnaire showed that applying virtval standardized patients to the standardized training of pediatric residents was positively evaluated by the pediatric standardized training students.Compared with before the training of"virtual standardized patients",the self-evaluation results of the four clinical thinking ability evaluation indexes,namely,knowledge mastery,diagnosis and analysis ability,data collection and utilization ability,and communication and expression ability of pediatric standardized training students were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusiovnirtval standardized patients can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability of pediatric residents in standardized training.
