摘要
目的探讨药物联合认知行为及放松疗法对新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间精神障碍患者的干预效果。方法选取2022年3—5月某地区新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间在封控、管控区的居家精神障碍患者90例,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例;对照组予常规药物治疗干预,观察组予常规药物治疗联合认知行为疗法、放松疗法干预;对比两组事件影响程度[事件影响量表(IES-R)]、抑郁情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、焦虑情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)]。结果两组干预2周后IES-R、SDS、SAS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神障碍患者在新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间采用药物联合认知行为疗法及放松疗法干预可减轻事件影响程度,缓解抑郁、焦虑情绪。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of drugs combined with cognitive behavior and relaxation therapy on mental disorder patients during the epidemic of COVID-19 pneumonia.Methods From March 2022 to May 2022,90 patients with mental disorders at home in a certain area during the epidemic situation of COVID-19 pneumonia were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 cases in each group by random number table;The control group received routine drug therapy intervention,while the observation group received routine drug therapy combined with cognitive behavioral therapy and relaxation therapy intervention;Compare the degree of impact of two groups of events(IES-R),depression(SDS),and anxiety(SAS).Results It showed that the IES-R,SDS,and SAS scores of the two groups decreased after 2 weeks of intervention compared to before,and the observation group had lower scores,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of drugs combined with cognitive behavior therapy and relaxation therapy in patients with mental disorders during the epidemic situation of COVID-19 pneumonia can reduce the impact of events and alleviate depression and anxiety.
