摘要
目的:探讨对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者采用参芪降糖胶囊联合瑞格列奈治疗的效果。方法:根据随机数字表法将乐平市中医医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的80例T2DM患者分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用瑞格列奈治疗,观察组采用参芪降糖胶囊联合瑞格列奈治疗,均治疗12周。比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平、胰岛功能及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平较治疗前均改善,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对T2DM患者采用参芪降糖胶囊、瑞格列奈联合治疗,可有效改善胰岛功能、血糖水平,且未增加不良反应发生,安全性好。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with Repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:A total of 80 T2DM patients admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Repaglinide,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Capsules combined with Repaglinide for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose level,islet function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in two groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting insulin(FINS),islet beta cell function index(HOMA-β)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,the observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Shenqi Jiangtang Capsules and Repaglinide in T2DM patients can effectively improve the islet function and blood glucose level,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,with good safety.
