摘要
[目的]观察三仁汤加减治疗肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]选取60例湿热困脾兼瘀血阻滞型肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),治疗组采用三仁汤加减+西医常规治疗,对照组仅使用西医常规治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医症状积分、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白定量各项指标的变化情况。[结果]两组患者治疗后中医症状积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白定量均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组和对照组临床疗效分别为90.0%和66.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三仁汤加减方治疗肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病临床疗效显著且安全,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To observer the clinical study on the treatment of obese type 2 diabetic with diabetic nephropathy by Sanrendecoction addition. [Methods] A total of 60 patients with obese type 2 diabetic with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomlydivided into two groups： treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.Two groups were both treated with the routine Westernmedicine, and the treatment group was additionally given Sanren decoction. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score, fastingblood glucose （FPG）, postprandial 2 h blood sugar （2 hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） , Urine protein quantitative of two groupswere observed after treatment. [Results] In the aspect of TCM syndrome score, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, Urine protein quantitative bothgroups were significantly better than that before treatment（P〈0.01） , and the treatment group was significantly better than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. The total clinical effective of rate was 90.00% in treatment group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Sanren decoction has a significant efficacy and safety in treating obese type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic nephropathy,and it is worth being popularized in the clinic.
