基于全视角学习理论的“流行病学”混合教学模式构建与学习要素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 基于全视角学习理论构建“流行病学”混合教学模式,并探索教学过程中各学习要素之间的复杂关联,为进一步提高教学质量和深化教学改革奠定基础。方法 基于全视角学习理论,对2022年春季学期成都医学院实施混合式教学模式的146名预防班和公管班本科生进行调查,问卷内容包括对课程的学习兴趣、学习能力、团队合作、学习态度以及学习效果5个维度。结果 预防班学生各学习要素得分均高于公管班,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结构方程模型结果显示,学习态度对学习兴趣和团队合作均呈现正向作用(路径系数B=0.671,B=0.367,P<0.001);学习兴趣对学习能力有正向作用(路径系数B=0.647,P<0.001);学习兴趣和学习能力对学习效果也呈现出正向作用(路径系数B=0.387,P<0.05,B=0.581,P<0.001),并且在学习效果影响路径中,预防班学生的学习态度、学习兴趣和团队合作意识均高于公管班。结论 全视角学习理论在教育教学中有着广泛的应用,将其运用于高校的课程教学,可进一步完善高校的课程教学模式,促进高校课程的教与学过程融合,提高大学生的学习兴趣和学习能力。 Objective To construct the blended teaching model of Epidemiology based on the theory of learning from all perspectives and explore the complex relations between learning elements in the teaching process,so as to lay the foundation for further improving the teaching quality and deepening the teaching reform.Methods Based on the theory of learning from all perspectives,146 undergraduate students majoring in Preventive Medicine and Public Health Management who accepted blended teaching mode in Chengdu Medical University in the spring semester of 2022 were investigated.The questionnaire contents included five dimensions:learning interest,learning ability,teamwork,learning attitude and learning effect.Results The scores of learning elements of the class of Preventive Medicine were higher than those of the class of Public Management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of structural equation model show that learning attitude has a positive effect on learning interest and teamwork(path coefficient B=0.671,B=0.367,P<0.001).Learning interest has a positive effect on learning ability(path coefficient B=0.647,P<0.001).Learning interest and learning ability also have a positive effect on learning effect(path coefficient B=0.387,P<0.05,B=0.581,P<0.001),and in the influence path of learning effect,the learning attitude,learning interest and teamwork consciousness of the students in the class of Preventive Medicine have better results than those in the class of Public Management.Conclusion The theory of learning from all perspectives has a wide range of applications in education and teaching.Applying it to the curriculum teaching of colleges and universities can further improve the curriculum teaching mode of colleges and universities,promote the integration of teaching and learning process of colleges and universities,and improve the learning interest and learning ability of college students.
