基于区块链技术的森林景区碳减排策略研究

摘要 森林景区碳减排有利于推动绿色低碳转型以促进低碳经济发展,加强旅游资源保护以打造优美生态环境,以及创建低碳旅游景区以提升旅游服务质量。但区块链技术应用于森林景区碳减排的机遇与挑战并存,除了具有助力旅游管理模式转型创新、旅游业交易风险控制和旅游业碳减排效率提升等机遇外,也面临着法律法规和监管机制不完善、与碳减排策略融合不充分和自身存在安全隐患等挑战。为了更好地发挥区块链技术对于森林景区碳减排的重要作用,应进一步拓宽区块链智慧旅游渠道、构建区块链旅游共享体系、打造区块链旅游电商平台和建立区块链旅游减排管理系统等,以推进森林景区绿色低碳发展。 Carbon emission reduction in forest scenic spots is conducive to driving green and low-carbon transformation to promote low-carbon economic development,strengthening the protection of tourism resources to create a beautiful ecological environment,and creating low-carbon tourist attractions to improve the quality of tourism services.However,the application of blockchain technology in forest scenic spots has both opportunities and challenges.In addition to the opportunities of facilitating the transformation and innovation of tourism management mode,the control of tourism trade risks and the improvement efficiency of tourism carbon emission reduction,it also faces challenges such as imperfect laws,regulations and regulatory mechanisms,inadequate integration with carbon emission reduction strategies and its own security risks.In order to better play the important role of blockchain technology in carbon emission reduction of forest scenic spots,it is necessary to further broaden the channels of smart tourism,build a tourism sharing system,create a blockchain tourism e-commerce platform and establish a blockchain tourism emission reduction management system,so as to promote the green and low-carbon development of forest scenic spots.
