摘要 滚刀作为隧道掘进机的重要部件,如何正确评价滚刀性能对工程建设具有重要意义。通过研究不同滚刀指标参数,提出了一种基于优劣解距离法和权重分析法的滚刀性能综合评价方法。该方法利用熵权法计算不同工况下指标的权重系数,通过优劣解距离法建立评价矩阵,最终实现不同工况下滚刀性能的评价和选型。采用优劣解距离法实现硬岩、软硬不均和软岩3种工况下滚刀的量化评价,为实际工程滚刀的选择提供重要参考依据。 As an important part of the tunnel boring machine,correct evaluation of the hob performance is of great significance to the construction of the project.By studying different index parameters of hob,a comprehensive evaluation method of hob performance based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)and weight analysis method is proposed.The method calculates the weight coefficients of the indicators under different working conditions by the entropy weight method,establishes the evaluation matrix through the TOPSIS,and finally realizes the evaluation and selection of the hob performance under different working conditions.The quantitative evaluation of the hob under the three working conditions of hard rock,uneven soft and hard and soft rock is realized by using the distance method of superior and inferior solutions,which provides an important reference for the selection of hob in practical engineering.
